Special Meeting June 27 to approve acquisition of Champion Computer Corp. Proposed funding is a PP or debt or combination. Minimum issuance price of $0.92. Name changed to Champion Solutions Group Inc.. Well we're sitting close to the bottom now but Champion does look like a growth business with a focus on on the data storage market. They are an IBM premier Business Partner and Solution provider.
