Hi Bill, It's funny how much we have in common. I spent three weeks at the Health Institute of San Diego in 1994. It was at one time called Hippocrates West I think. Started by Rachel Solomon who studied under Ann Wigmore. I got interested in this when my Dad came down with lung cancer and I started doing research trying to save him. It changed my life. I grow my own wheatgrass, make the rejuvelac, and sprout like crazy. I'll have to mail you a copy of my library. Over 100 books on this subject. Some really good ones. Naturally bought for $1 at the Golden West Swap Meet in Huntington Beach. See you, Don
