Hi! Read the prospectus or the Yahoo board. Anyway, the question was asked (and answered) at the meeting. Board members do hold lots of -- millions of -- options to buy the stock at prices mostly (all?) above the current price. This not hard to refute. Anyway, I would much prefer it if board members had ponied up money -- lots of money. Now that is real incentive. Remember in making a ham-and-cheese omelet: the chicken was involved; the pig was committed.
