DES PLAINES, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 22, 2000--Delmar A. Janovec, Chairman and CEO of AmeriResource Technologies, Inc. (ARET) stated today that the previously announced agreement with Jay, Dello & Associates, Ltd. to provide financing for the acquisition of Mesquite Star Hotel and Casino has been mutually terminated and the Company is pursuing other sources who have expressed interest in providing the financing.
