Yessir, Ritch! JDSU/ETEK approval! My days in DOJ's Antitrust Division taught me one thing, baby. The key word is APPROVAL. The "conditions" never amount to a hill of beans! Usually some farcical reporting requirement or warning on further acquisitions. I never saw a "condition" with any meat. I am SO glad that you've decided to get out here and post more. I just LOVE you and the "woodchipper." I think by the middle of July you, me, and some other of us "porch monkeys" are going to be ready to plan to tear Havana apart.
