REVOLT
(1) One thing that might be interesting for one of the big funds to know is if "we" collectively (and I would include all the members of the major message board like RR, Yahoo, Fool, SI, etc.)as a group control a large enough position to actually be meaningful.
(2) For lack of any better idea, I'd propose as a first step that we get a reasonable idea of how many shares our "group" controls by a simple honor system method. Everyone states how many shares of ICN they have, we tally the total up, and hopefully we come up with a meaningfully significant number accross several of the investment boards. Biggest problem, of course, is that some people may give purposefully inaccurate numbers. Hopefully, though, people will be honest, as it is in our best interest to really know if we have the votes or not.
(3)I'll be putting messages on the other sites as well to let everyone send emails to my Raging Bull email account to collect an approximation of the number of shares under control, and send letters and emails to the major funds indicating our willingness to support any alternative proxy slates. So, if you support this action, please either post on this board or to my RR email account how many shares you have. Thanks.

P.S. Personally own only 1500 shares, so its not really a huge investment for me, but Panic and his team has really pissed me off. Also, just think, ICN could be the first major company brought down by internet investors. Hopefully as a group we can have control of around 1-2 million shares. |
