Well, now after today's announcement of a stock buy back and after watching so many very talented people leave this company because of its insecure base, I have to agree that this is not a stock that I would buy and I plan to sell all the shares I have. Many of the people who have worked for this company recently and are now able to freely state their views suggest that this company's execs are yet to decide what they want the company to be. This lack of resolve has caused a lot of talent to leave because of the weak support for programs that should have become strong. So they say.
