It looks like Frank sold 1.2 million with only about 300,000 shares or so left to dump before the exchange halted the stock. If the president of the company has bailed out, I guess that pretty much sums up the situation-just another Vanscrewver pump and dump. You should be able to cover your short for pennies on the dollars:-))
