I've emailed ICN and told them that we have lost confidence; they have acted unwisely to supposedly unlock shareholder value, and that we intend to vote 10K shares for a new slate should one be offered as an alternative.

Go for it!

Rafi Khan failed a few years ago as you may remember; maybe this time it will work.
