Hello Robert--I suppose that this news concerning issuance of converts and associated dilution accounts for todays decline in share price. siliconinvestor.com Do you happen to know the number of new shares associated with the converts? Hopefully, if ARCC is ahead of plan in their network buildout, their revenues will be ahead of plan as well. Any thoughts?
