When a trigger is called & posted what exactly does it mean and what actions should one take at that time?

- A signal to buy ASAP
- A signal to buy anytime from that point forward but wait for weakness in price if it?s already taking off or for those stocks that haven?t rocketed yet - wait for movement (set a buy stop) so you get in once they start to move.
- A signal that one should have already seen the movement, noticed the impending trigger on their own and gotten into the stock *before* the announcement (the announcement just confirms it or lets others know that may have missed it on their own.)
- Or possibly something else that I?m missing?

Are all the WL stocks identifying only potential long opportunities, or long and short?

Thanks!
- David
