AJ, it is not your "normal" IPO lock up, the guys from which the company was bought (to recast as ON2) are the one that were forced to agree no to sell shares for a period. I am not sure of the actual dates of such "lock up", but I have been told in private that those people were itching to sell above 430 and were forced to see the stock decline. These might be the shares that were referred to. Zeev
