Captain Jack, Unfortunately I have a few shares of MT, so I got an annual report and notice of annual meeting. I was pleased to see how well the top officers are paid. For example the outgoing CFO, in 1998, received salary of $250,000, bonus of $150,000, restricted stock award of $1,125,000. The company did so well in 1999, she received a salary of $275,000 and a bonus of $215,000, and restricted stock awards of $175,125. She was the lowest paid of the four principal officers.
