Zach, The buyout is basically as though DSI was sold at NAV and you bought A Bonds Plus with the dollars, no commissions, of course.

The reasons for getting out now are several: 1. In recent years, fund scammers have been putting a redemption fee on CEF conversion sales to keep the fund from losing all of its assets overnight once the discount disappeared. 2. Why hold a fund at a low or no discount when there are others at deep discounts who may also be open ended for a much greater profit?
