And a flat market kills options ..

bid-ask spread takes most (if not more that all) of the gain from a very short reversal move. .. You can make all the right moves and make a lot of money for your broker.

The only other choice is to just ride it out until it hits your exit target. Doable with this pattern, but not any where near as profitable as with the mini or spoo.
