simple... that news hit that particular newswire late. The news was out this morning... if I recall... the pr hit late 10am or early 11am. But I think there was wind of it before the open since GMGC gapped up (probably was on their website early or on bloomberg). CNBC reported the news for sure after it was released on other wires.
