I don't feel Candide agreed with me tonight as we met outside but I told him that I felt RMBS could run big time but it is no guarantee but if I had to bet, I would bet on about 20 pts. tomorrow.

Kate, you must join us next year. I have already heard from about 15 people that will be there next year that could not make it this year. You are one of my favorite people.
