I just don't understand why all of a sudden they are going after SDRAM. Wasn't SDRAM designed before DRDRAM? So shouldn't they have known SDRAM was their IP and received royalties many years ago, before DRDRAM hit the market? I know you don't have these answers. It's just that the timing of everything seems sketchy. What am I missing? If they bent Toshiba's and Hitachi's arm, I bet they have a very valid claim. But why go after it now rather than before?????????????????????
