Nokia has come to San Diego trying to build its own CDMA chips with no success. The reason of establishing a presence in San Diego is to raid talents from QCOM, offering anybody who knows what CDMA stands for a bunch of money. With that kind of efforts, there is no doubt that Nokia wants to grab CDMA market. Sooner or later Nokia will realize that the only way is to deal with QCOM. When the handshake takes place, watch out: QCOM will be back roaring. It is not a matter of IF but WHEN.
