I just learned yesterday that the class action lawsuit where the company fooled investors into thinking they were doing an internet strategy then just after almost all of the board of directors sold their stock at the highs ZAP announced they changed their mind. Many investors were left with huge loses. That lawsuit has been dismissed, as per the lawfirm of Wolfpopper. They got away with it. I would not touch this companys stock no matter what news they come out with. How do you learn from this? I do not know. The Glazer family seemed so prominent. It seemed like they would not be up to what some penny stock companies do.
