Peter,

keep in mind that many of those ISP's are little mom & pop operations.
Another thing is that many ISP's who are supporting Kflakes&reg are jumping on x2. My ISP said early on that they will be going the ROK route and now just bought a Total Control to offer x2. I guess they got tired of waiting, but I really suspect that their are just too many people with USR modems to overlook.
