I do not think I am mixed up, maybe outdated. The exchange does not want a control group (those that have effective control of who elects the directors etc) to sell out and have a company float around with no one at the helm. There used to be a rule that you could not sell more than 10% per year without the permission of the exchange and a news release prior to the sale. This was in effect 10 years ago. I do not know if it is still in effect.
