DepyDog, I have read elsewhere (no personal experience) that the SEC has a complaint division that does respond. Check for a web site or phone number. I'm not sure where, but if you have the time peruse the Motley Fool web, somewhere there you should be able to get some helpful information. Sorry I can't give more specific information, it has been sometime since I came across this. I know I have read of people (ordinary folks seemingly) saying they got good help there - depends on the situation/issues. Be absolutely sure you have all the documentation you can muster.
