If your take is correct, engineer, why isn't Q's IR making a bit more of a fuss about it?

I mean, it's either a NOK capitulation or it isn't. If it is simply a deal for CDMAOne phones for sale in China and to the US during the XMAS season, I can understand the Q's IR Dep't keeping silent as it is no big deal. If it involves 1X, I think shareleholders would (should?) be advised.
