Sam: NOK cannot buy 1X MC CDMA chipsets through Telson and sell the phones to Verizon or anyone else until they have a 1X license from QCOM. This informal arrangement with Telson could accelerate to the next level after NOK gets licensing from QCOM. In essense, the only thing that NOK is currently licensed to buy through Telson are cdmaOne chips.
