Mike Kugler referred to Jim Grant for one reason amd one reason only, as a former business partner of Zapara, Grant was willing to talk about threats, previous Zapara dealings with companies including RMIL, and provided the first mention of AZNT. That was how the Zapara connection first became known here via Kugler...

you might want to review the old OMDA, MAKO & ASTG threads on SI. Recall that Michael Zapara , who conspired with Gary Morgan & Roland Breton of RMIL to scam OTC investors, who stold 440k shares from AZNT as a promoter here. Joe Lanza also employed Ed Brody, who told us MAKO, now OMDA , was a "great buy" one week before it did a 1000:1 reverse split. Brody was also IR for OVIS, employed by ZApara. Broker Mike Kugler was refering RMIL stockholders to Jim Grant, another ex-Lanza employee.
Just like he tries to slant my advice that if you want to know about shorting penny stocks...call Mike P. One trying to learn about the dishonest market conditions need to talk to the source, not the boxer... |
