Infowave announces final prospectus has been receipted
BURNABY, BC, June 23 /CNW/ - Infowave Software, Inc. (TSE: IW) is pleased
to announce that a final prospectus has been receipted in British Columbia,
Ontario and New Brunswick qualifying the distribution of 924,000 common shares
upon the exercise of 924,000 previously issued special warrants. The special
warrants were issued at C$32.50 per special warrant for gross proceeds of
C$30.0 million.
