Yes Rick, A press release doesn't get any clearer than that. Telson is licenced full boat. They will make the phones, NOK will sell them. Not only phones but all the next year stuff too. So, forget this capitulation stuff (Boy I hate that word). This is how a business partnership starts. Little at a time, small lot purchases turn into annual purchase orders, and suddenly CDMA becomes their mainstay, and everything you ever wanted from a QCOM-NOK licence deal is yours, without a NOK licence. What's the problem?
