Hi Lizzy,

The CDNX is cleaning up their house,...of course that probably means just the front entrance and living room, but it's something.

They have rules and regs companies must follow to allow them to participate in trading on CDNX. As there are several thousand companies trading, I expect the CDNX enforcement people are starting at the blatant problem kiddies rooms, and slowly working through all the companies as fires start. Remember their first step was to declare a crapload of companies as not paying their bills to the CDNX.

I have been involved in some franchise groups that acted the same way in getting their acts together. First they made sure everyone was up to date paying their fees. If not, action was taken, some stores were taken over or closed by the franchisor. Once the accounts receivable problem was solved, the franchisor beefed up enforcement of procedures and standards through store visits, threats and finally taking over or closing the store. The result was, over time (several years) all the stores were brought into compliance, and the franchisor, franchisees, and presumably the customers were better served with better sales and reputation.

I guess the CDNX is damned if they do, and damned if they don't. My personal feeling is, they should keep the damned stocks halted until they comply with the rules and regulations to the satisfaction of the exchange. If they don't, the offending POS can play on the bulletin board with the rest of the really stinky crap. As this cleanup procedure could take several years to complete, we can continue to hold our noses while we wallow in the crap ourselves (ggggggggggggggg). Every now and then, we jump into the barrel of crap,... and you know, come up smelling like roses. Course the shorters grab the roses coming up out of the barrel of crap realizing they are just turds in disguise, and sell to some squished hamster like me at the rose price, meanwhile I hold on as the turd sinks back into the stink and thus stink myself. :-(((

In IWA's case, this seems not likely to be just information dissemination problems,...but appears to include breaching standard industry procedures of exploration, sampling, storage of samples, reporting, security, promoting and perhaps other things. IWA will have to satisfy all the CDNX concerns, or they will never trade on that exchange again.

So roses and turds beware,
The CDNX has you under their scope,
You may be in for a scare,
Even if you are the Pope.

(gggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggg)
