There is no confusion really,
I don't think you can manufacture electronics cheaper in Finland than you can in Korea. NOK's margins will even improve with this move to Korea (just like our electronics companies here are moving their manufacturin to Nogales).
The more I think about NOK's move, the more I see it as very astute and clever.
