ImmuDyne, Inc. announces appointment of new
member of board of directors
HOUSTON--(BW HealthWire)--May 13, 1997--ImmuDyne, Inc. (OTC:BB - news), a Houston-based biotechnology company with proprietary technology for health enhancement products, announces that Mr. Andrew P. Calhoun has joined the ImmuDyne Board of Directors and will be recommended by Management for election at the next Annual Meeting of Shareholders.
Calhoun is currently Chairman of North American Water Company and Vignette Publications of Louisiana, Inc.
Calhoun is presently active in domestic and international enterprises involving computers, magazine publishing and consumer sales. His diverse background in health and consumer sales related companies, as well as his investor-oriented financial and management consulting activities, will be very valuable to ImmuDyne.
