What trouble are you refering too. <<Community awareness is a side-effect of the public school system, but an important one.>> When I asked a graduate of a Public High School, what the best thing about the public system was; He said, it is the best contact you'll ever have in your whole life for absolutely anything you want. He was very aware of his community. Is that what you meant? Isolation, paranoia...hmmmm. I suggest that you are speaking as an outsider, without real knowlegde of what is going on the inside of these substrata of American society; and that you are afraid of it. I further suggest you ask yourself about these two words that seem to be on your top two list. Ya seem a bit overly touchy on the subject dude.
