This agreement is just a stop-gap measure to delay the inevitable decision Nokia must make Bux - This is he way I read it also. When NOK realizes it cannot catch QCOM in the technology, the stop gap move will become permanent. (P.S. - I do not believe NOK is a technology company. They are a manufacturing company.)
