re: scifi.com anime colony This looks promising... More than a few people were introduced to anime via the (discontinued) SciFi channel Saturday airing of movies. But, the impact of this will be limited, unless SciFi channel starts airing stuff they haven't shown before. Currently, the Cartoon Channel is the place that airs the most anime. So, ads in their "toonanmi" section telling fans where to get Sailor Moon and Dragon Ball Z might be a more effective strategy. I think Anime Depot is represented well at most of the cons now, so the extreme fans and otaku know they can get good deals on tapes there.
