This looks like a pretty general MAB patent that Abgenix has received. No announcement from the company about it yet though. But could be part of what is pushing ABGX. 164.195.100.11 That site of the patent office allows you to search by company and find patents before they are announced by the company (do a "manual" search). That could be useful. CEGE also received a patent this week, but no word about that yet. 164.195.100.11
