Speck described how he murdered the student nurses (some he cut off their breasts) and he admitted he did it while high. He remembered, he admitted. He never tried to prove his innocence, he admitted his guilt. It's a moot point. We're discussing the innocent. When the State executes an innocent person, the people who carry out that act are just as guilty, or more so than Richard Speck.
