Too bad, I guess, that none of the students from East Tumbleweed High ever got around to invoking the following scripture before the Big Game:

On the testimony of two or three witnesses a man shall be put to death, but no one shall be put to death on the testimony of only one witness.
Deuteronomy 17:6

Anyone who kills a person is to be put to death as a murderer only on the testimony of witnesses. But no one is to be put to death on the testimony of only one witness.
Numbers 35:30

Of course, that's Old Testament justice. So perhaps the good news brought by Gov. Bush's favorite philosopher, Jesus, might allow some exception to be made for Mr. Graham, at least in Texas. I'll ask around.
