Insiders are an iffy barometer at best for valuation. IMO, valuation is determined by perceptions of future earnings, opportunity costs, risk perception plus a healthy overlay of general market hysteria. Insiders generally have a myopic view of sales ( 1 -2 quarters). For example, was there much insider buying when the stock was recently trading under $35 in anticipation of a good earnings report? (I don't know the answer, just asking the question). I don't know the details of the covenants regarding their ability to purchase or sell stock, so at this point I have no comment. What are your thoughts on the matter?

Good luck,

Paul
