Robert A. Quiel, a general securities and financial principal of
Monaco Securities, Inc. ("Monaco"), formerly known as Desert Mountain
Securities, Inc. ("Desert Mountain"), a member of the National Association
of Securities Dealers, Inc. ("NASD"), appeals from NASD disciplinary
action. <(1)> The NASD found that Quiel incompletely responded to
NASD requests for information and that he failed to cooperate with an NASD
investigation. The NASD determined that Quiel's conduct violated Article
III, Section 1 and Article IV, Section 5 of its Rules of Fair Practice
("Rules"). <(2)> The NASD censured Quiel, fined him $12,500,
suspended him for thirty days, and required him to requalify as a general
securities principal and as a general securities representative. We base
our findings on an independent review of the record

janice dear i see authorities arrested two men in a $19 million telemarketing scam....gee i wonder if one of those guys was a wellrich employee? lololol ! you are in bed with some great guys there dear...mail fraud, the sale of unregistered securities & money laundering, oh boy! i see why you defend these telemarketers so earnestly, these guys fit in well with the likes of zapara, krisfalusi & andy mann! lolol ! i also see you have no knowledge of what transpires in court. you would love the evidence i entered into the court records! lololol ! i am sure your pals will get you transcripts soon enough, until then keep going to bob quiel, your icq logs are always a good laugh! get back to bashing now dear, i wouldn't want you to feel unfulfilled.
