E-Business Marketplace, announced today that Bart S. Fisher, Chairman of the
company, will also assume the role of Chief Executive Officer (CEO). John
Harris, who has been the CEO of CBQ, Inc. since October 1999, will be leaving
the company by the end of the month.

"I have enjoyed my tenure as CEO of CBQ, Inc. and believe the company has a
bright future. As the operations consolidate in Washington, D.C., however, I
will not be able, for family-related reasons, to make the move. I know that Bart
