There's probably more scams on the NASDAQ and the L board than the CDNX could even think about, yet the stocks trade. The roles are confused in Canuckland. The exchange facilitates trading the regulators regulate. What's the matter with that? The big scams get nailed and if investors are so greedy that they believe baloney, well nobody can protect them from their own greed.

Let it trade and those of us who are willing to do due diligence will provide the buying when these things collapse. It is a food chain. Please understand this.
