Interesting. Not a single trade as of 12:15 pm. Does anyone believe that Biosafe can really begin a slow, steady climb from here? If that's to be I expect we should hear something about the financing of the S. Hadley project (private placement of new class of perferred shares perhaps) soon.

I'd love to have a better feel for what this will mean for BSFE holders (i.e. how huge the dilution will be). At less than $.30 current price I expect we'll own far less of the company than we did just a few months back. But that's water under the bridge. I wonder what kind of per share annual revenues that $50mm will represent? Need to know that to even begin put a tentative valuation on this sorry investment.
