I bet the article was supposed to say "a choice of customized Linux implementation OR the WindRiver WxWorks real-time operating system". See Original paragraph below: "ZF Linux will unveil next week an ultra-low power X86 PC-on-a-chip for embedded applications with PhoenixBIOS from Phoenix Technology and a choice of customized Linux implementation on the WindRiver VxWorks real-time operating system"
