National Manufacturing Technologies Inc. Highlights of Presentation At First Security Van Kasper San Diego Growth Conference
CARLSBAD, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 23, 2000--National Manufacturing Technologies Inc., (``NMT'') (OTCBB:NMFG - news) a value-added, vertically integrated manufacturer of enclosed electronic systems and their various sub-assembly components, was a featured presenter at today's First Security Van Kasper San Diego Growth Conference.
Patrick W. Moore, chief executive officer, made the presentation and answered questions from the audience of investment community professionals. Moore described the company's re-structuring of its business in 1998 to be an Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) company and the successful effort to turn the company around. In the presentation, Moore shared NMT's preliminary and unaudited operating results for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2000, of $9.7 million in revenues and a $1.6 million net loss (including discontinued operations).
This compares to $5.0 million in revenues and a $4.4 million net loss (including discontinued operations) for the prior fiscal year (March 31, 1999). Moore also reported the company's forecast for fiscal year 2001 revenues, which are forecasted to exceed $25 million with $2 million or more of net income.
