Not to quibble, nor perhaps does it matter much w/r/t RMBS, but -- if I'm not mistaken -- the court never ruled. The Hitachi/RMBS litigation was settled. And there is a difference. No legal precedent was set here. IMHO the implications may not be as "far-reaching" as you think -- though it certainly does appear as if RMBS has almost won ITS war. Once MU folds its game, set, match. BWDIK
