kevin, LOL....You shouldn't be surprised that employees of the Royal Bank have to engage in practices such as stock manipulation to meet their bosses profit targets. How else do you think business happens in a corrupt third world country and economy like Canada? Don't bother contacting your Liberal MP....they are at the top of the payoff ladder. How do you think various legislative changes get made and permits get issued? Its by making it rain big fat brown envelopes stuffed with cash in Ottawa. The pay offs were made so the the government gave immunity to the banks from legal action on Bre-x. Do you think that the government will do anything to the Royal bank for stock manipulation?
