Did the CEO of DEC mention what percentage of world processor revenues (IBM, et. al.) are also attributable to advanced designs? Probably around 2/3 also. ...does the CEO of DEC know what a frivolous lawsuit is? In this case, ample grounds exist as DEC is wrongfully singling out Intel for defamation. I'm not saying Intel will countersue in this way, just that sufficient grounds may exist based on available information. You posted: "The CEO of DEC says that 2/3 of Intel revenue are attributable to the infringed patents per bruce Franics of CNBC who just spoke to this guy at DEC."
