True, that is. With AMZNs valuation and the volume they still can do another bond offering.

I'd consider the presently not really convertible LT debt a ticking timebomb.
But as we know, terms can be renegotiated later...the relatively low yield on the first junk graded issue reflects that???

But... still an impressive performance though Yhoo did better:
