This seems a very small price to pay for the capability to create the nation's largest wireless company, serving 25 million wireless and 4 million paging customers whose nationwide CDMA footprint will cover a population of 232 million in 96 of the top 100 U.S. markets. Not bad to pick up $3.3 billion in the process.
