Aggie, if these Windfall Profits Taxes are proposed and ultimately implemented, what do you think will be the effect upon share prices of Canadian E&P's whose production areas lie solely outside of the U.S.? Could some of the E&P investment money migrate north?

How did this type of tax affect foreign corps. producing in the U.S. in the 70's?
